Dave's Chile Relleno Casserole

3 (7oz) cans whole green chilies
1 lb grated Jack cheese
1 lb grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs beaten
3 Tbs flour
1 small can evaporate
1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
Wash chilies, remove seeds & dry. In a 9x13 pan, layer chilies & ½ the cheeses. Repeat layers saving ½ cup cheese. Beat eggs, flour & milk. Pour over chilies & cheese (can be refrigerated).
Bake @ 350 for 30 min. Spread tomato sauce over top, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15 min. longer.
