All ready to start cooking
Ingredients
Serves-5
4 lb Pork Shoulder or Butt
2 - Bunches of Cilantro
2 - Brown Onions
5 - Yellow Chilies
2 - Serrano or Jalapeno Chilies
4 lbs Tomatoes
Fresh Garlic
2 – Cans of Green El Pato
1 – Can of Chopped Olives
½ tsp. Salt and Pepper
Season meat with salt and pepper. Brown meat with onions. Mix remaining ingredients and simmer for 3 to 4 hours. Cook uncovered for ½ hour. Add cornstarch with cold water at the end.
Serve over rice or with tortillas.
Serves 8 to 10.
